A few quick answers to help guide you through the booking process.

What is the booking fee?

The booking fee is a non-refundable deposit that secures your wedding date and the assigned artists. It is applied toward your final wedding day balance but does not cover the trial or additional travel/holiday fees.


what if i need to add or reduce services?

Once your contract is signed, the listed services are considered confirmed and reserved. Service counts may not be reduced after booking. Additional services may be accommodated if availability allows but are not guaranteed and must be approved in advance. All minimum service requirements remain in effect.


when should wedding day services start?

 

Start times are based on service count and getting ready schedule. We’ll work with you and your photographer and/or videographer to determine a timeline that ensures everyone is ready on time. Early start times before 7:00am require additional fees.

  • All payments made, including booking fee, are non-refundable per the contract. If cancellation become necessary, please provide written notice as outlined in your agreement.

  • Loft Bridal is a team based bridal company. Artists are assigned based on availability, location, and service needs. All artists are experienced bridal professionals trained to provide a consistent Loft Bridal experience.

  • We recommend booking as early as possible, especially for peak wedding dates. Dates are reserved on a first come, first serve basis once the contract and booking fee are received.

  • Please notify us as soon as possible if your location changes. Travel fees may be adjusted based on distance, parking, or access requirements and will be confirmed prior to final payment.
